so we had a water leak in our basement, hired emergency mitigation specialist, they invoiced our insurance for ****** but lied about the work they did...example they said they took out 1/2 ton of debris with a trailer and dump truck/ but they never had a trailer or dump truck on our property etc... theirs more that was lied about so when insurance didn't pay their coming for us with a lien on our personal property.. submitting false work to gain more money not right and when my insurance doesn't pay, they come after home ****, I'm a disabled Veteran hurting mentally, please helpBusiness response

The customer has expressed dissatisfaction with their homeowners insurance company's failure to fulfill their claim. All charges associated with the project were clearly outlined in a pre-project fee schedule, and the customer formally acknowledged and accepted these charges through their signature. Legal representation has been engaged by our company to address the outstanding invoice, and it is worth noting that the complaining party also has legal representation. It is against our company policy to provide further detailed commentary on this matter at this time.
