At the consultation on December 9th, after examining my head and discussing the issues of spots of hair loss due to the damage done by ktip extentions, i was told sew-in hair extensions would definitely work for my hair and only had to be repositioned every 3-4months and that they were completely unnoticeable. The extentions were installed 12/14/22 and were also cut/blended. The extentions started coming loose the night of 12/14/22(day of installation), thus needing to be reinstalled on the next day(12/15/22). This happens 2 more additional times, each time having to be reinstalled on both 12/20 and 12/29. The extentions were officially cut out by ********************* (owner) on 1/10/23. At the last 2 reinstallations, I had complained that the extentions are extremely noticeable, especially while using the blonde thread. After the salon cut and damaged the hair, along with the multiple unsuccessful installations, resulting in never working out as promised, I was told I was charged for the hair only; not the installation/haircut. My receipt shows the charges for hair installation and haircut(which I was told the haircut is included in the installation in order to blend the extentions to my short hair); The extentions were installed and re-installed 3 times until officially uninstalled, all within a 3 week period. I was promised at the consultation that the sew-in hair installation would last for 3-4 months and that the sew-in extensions were unnoticeable which is not the case. After purchasing hair/installation for $360, an unauthorized haircut charge of $80, plus my time and money spent making a total of 4 trips to the salon for 2-3 hours each time due to poor installations($60/gas and ***** hours spent), along with $60 spent on product/hairbrush I was told I absolutely NEEDED in order to maintain the extentions; overall this experience has cost me $560. I obviously did NOT recieve the services I paid for.
