Can't even get removed from their mailing list.My advice is stay away

01/12/2024 I order two high waist tummy control compression short and one Fupa waist be gone waist trainer. I did get my one Fupa waist be gone but only received ONE high waist tummy control compression shorts. I have notified them 3 times asking them to send my one short. As of today I have not received the other short. The material is great but I need the short sent. I paid a lot of money for them

They take orders but there is no communication. I have reached out to this company over 20 times about my order that was paid for January 11th. The order shows order fullied on their end but when I track the package it says order has not been received. Like I said I have emailed, called, messaged on website and have not gotten a response.

On 1/4/24 I purchased 2 fajas (BOGO) from KickWeightWithKeisha in the amount of $107.98. Against my better judgment I used Affirm for installments. I made an initial ***** payment on 1/8/24 leaving a balance of *****. I received an email confirmation saying my order was on the way on 1/11/24 along with tracking information. 2 weeks later tracking showed that **** was still waiting for the package. I contacted this company through gmail address, company website, 800 number (which always says theyre assisting other companies) all with no response or communication. I decided to contact affirm because Im not paying for something I never received. I opened a dispute (case id ********* on 1/25/24. I included all documentation regarding the purchase. Less than 10 minutes later I received an automated email response from affirm saying the case was closed. Theres no way that they investigated all of the information that was provided.I called Affirm and inquired about the dispute closure and was told that I didnt send documentation. Thats totally untrue. I had to resend and supposedly the case is escalated . The whole situation seems like a scam. $27 is not a lot but its mine and I want it back. I also will not be responsible for paying the remainder of the loan for something I dont have. Its a shame and to me its the principle of the matter thats most important. I would like the order cancelled since there was none. The tracking number is now showing no information of course. I have pics of everything to show proof that I never got the order. Its a total shame.

I place an order December 5th have not received a shipment order or tracking number. And when I reached out to her own TikTok and told her that I have not received my package. No tracking number she blocked me oh ******

I did buy a product earlier in the year before so I decided to order again from them. BUT this time was very poor communication. Basically NONE! No response to several emails or my calls. Never received my order! No shipping or delivery yet according to **** TRACKER . Ordered on 12/09/23. Multiple emails sent to get an update and even left my callback number on the business ****************************** update on my orders. Was my order LOST or Forgotten? It was a Christmas gift that I will not have in time. Not a happy customer, really had high hope for using **********************'s merchandise and starting my health journey. Please refund me my money back at this point. I did really want my items but the customer service is horrible. Never got a live person or callbacks or email update to my concerns. Even went on her live post on ******** and ask for help! But ask me for a customer review today, over 3 weeks of waiting for my order.
