On 8/8/2023, I selected Solutions Plumbing and Drains from **** List to do renovations on my bathroom and kitchen. They were paid up front ****** of total cost of 18,00 for supplies. they started on demolition of kitchen and bathroom on 8/12 and did not return until, after many phone calls, emails, and texts, Sept 12. They laid ********** of ******* floor and did some plumbing on this date. Although they have made promises to return, as of this date, they have not, and I have not been able to return to my home.Initial Complaint

I needed a toilet replaced in my half bathroom. A tech came was supposed to initially come to my home on Sunday 07/30. He came at the rescheduled time which was early Monday morning on 07/31. I had some issues with the toilet that was delivered to my home so I had to take it to the store to exchange it for a different one once I closed for business because I run an in home day care Monday thru Friday 8am to 6pm which has been in business nearly 30 years. The tech attempted to take the toilet to my nearest ********** and exchange it but was not successful but I appreciate his effort.The tech was able to complete the installation on Tuesday 08/01. I inquired on the reason why the toilet was installed crooked (at an angle) and he informed me that was the only way he could install it but assured me there were no issues.I noticed the toilet was not securely attached to the floor and rocked. I reached back out the tech and he stated that there were no issues. He began to elude the reason for my concerning call and implied I owed additional money when my balance was satisfied.I called the manager **** to inform him of my experience with the tech and my concern for the crookedly unsecured toilet. He promised to make a visit to my home on Saturday 08/05 and fix what needed to be repaired. He didn't show up so he said he'd be out on the following day, Sunday 08/06, however my area was experiencing thunderstorms and power outages. He then said he would be out on Monday 08/07 but yet again my area experienced power outages due to the severe weather. He texted me on today, Tuesday 08/08 and asked if my power was restored, I replied yes, and I never got a response.I don't appreciate the poor customer service and lack of priority in my concern for a poorly installed toilet. I would like to request a refund of the services for the inconvenience in order for me to have my toilet properly installed by a professional company.Customer response

I accept the business proposed resolution because I have been refunded and the matter has been resolved.
