I signed up for Become the Bank course in April 2023 and paid $8995 for a course that was supposed to start in June. I was never contacted and continued to email, text and was told the course would start in September. The week of the course starting I learned that the initial course I signed up for was no longer being offered and I was basically bait and switched to a course offered by *************************** with Black girls in real estate. I had never had any interactions with her nor had I ever taken a class, followed on social media, I didnt even know who this lady was. The class starts and I am told that I will be learning how to become the bank with hard money brokering in real estate and I have never been in real estate nor have I had any interest in being in real estate. Me and another woman are told that we are the only ones she is offering this class to. She never showed up for many classes, never communicated, rushed through, was laying in bed during some. Basically doing something to justify taking my money. After the class ended she goes on ******** and offers the same class I paid almost 10k for, for free. I was promised personal one on one with a CPA which never happened. Basically I felt like I was completely scammed under the guise of helping black women. Beware before paying for any of these services. Its sad because I didnt want to hurt her business but seeing the greed, and how she claims she wants to help others but seems like she is just helping her pockets. This was an expensive ****** learned to never trust these mastermind groups and to be weary of those claiming to help their people. I am truly disappointed with how I never got to take the course I originally signed up for and how they didnt offer me my money back but forced me to take a course in something I didnt want to do. Complete bait and switch and now that she is offering said class for free is just a slap in the face for me and my hard earned money. Buyer BEWARE.

The class was delayed for the start of the program which is true. However, I did meet privately 1-on-1 with this student and one other. Additionally, I provided my personal contacts and lenders that I work with to this client and didn't just offer to her a broker option, which she can use to grow her business and be a direct contact for lending. I assisted her with setting up her nursing lending business and provided techniques for marketing her business and the contacts to grow it. I do offer a free broker program for clients where they can go through my company for the contacts and receive a percentage of the sale not all of it like I taught her. I truly believe that ******* didn't take the steps to work her business the way that she was taught too and has buyers remorse. This is sad because she has our direct company contact including my personal business number which she could have called to receive help with her business if needed. I find it odd that someone would complain a year later regarding a program that she took and has the replays and access to from over a year ago. With our current economy and recession people are looking everywhere unfortunately for spent money or ways to make money. This has nothing to do with "helping" black women and everything to do with people buying programs and not working the program and growing frustrated with the outcome. Real Estate is still moving and we are still closing on loans for investors and she has the ability with the knowledge that she learned to go out and do the same as my company. The same woman that she took class with has closed numerous deals with us and has worked her business. We are always available to assist current and previous students with past purchase or assistance with their businesses.
