            Ordered a custom built bookshelf for living room and a mudroom shelf unit in October 2021. Atlanta Bookshelves never was unable to meet the install dates it committed to achieving. When they did come to install the unit, the units neither unit was not built to the specs provided, both units were damaged, both units were only partially installed, the workers left without notifying anyone that the work was incomplete. The living room bookshelf was installed on-top of floor protector cardboard, it was installed with the wrong doors, we requested fixed shelves and the unit delivered was adjustable shelves, and most importantly the unit was damaged. The mud-room unit was installed without side panels, when the installers returned for the 3rd attempt to complete the project they simply said they don't know what to do and left without providing a solution. We have not received a returned call since then. We paid upfront per the terms of the contract but have not received a completed project. After months of attempts to request Atlanta Bookshelves to return to complete the work, they simply stopped answering calls or returning emails.

            They came out to my house, give me a contract to sign, took a 50% deposit. That was a year ago. No bookcases, no refund. They just basically stole my deposit. For a while they would answer my emails and give me half hearted excuses about not being able to get materials. now they just dont answer at all. Under no circumstances give *** or any of his people any money.
