We were having our furniture reupholstered. The upholsterer did a unsatisfactory job on the furniture. Sewing crooked seams, slack in the fabric on the couch framing, sofa pillows sewed wrong. The upholsterer was also informed we wanted two big pillows on the sofa backside of the sofa and he sewed the pillows the same way we brought them in. Sent an letter of official notice to inform him of discrepancies and if discrepancies were not corrected no payment will be rendered and I would like to get my furniture back with no charge. I paid for my own fabric.. He admits his upholsterer is not a good sewer. I asked to get another upholsterer and he continued to use the same one. Im highly disappointed in their service. The owner doesnt even have knowledge of the upholstery business and I informed him I have years of it since my family ran one. I even brought in a professional seamstress to give the upholsterer some tips on sewing the cushions and he did it his way. Disregarding our requests on how we wanted our furniture to look. They were also informed we entertain a lot of people for our business so we need our furniture looking professionally done.I have text transactions if needed to verify our conversations thru texting.I just want my furniture and we walk alway. We will send a delivery driver to pick up our furniture. He doesnt have to spend no money to move our furniture and we request two days to get it out his shop from the day he calls. We would like all fabric that went with this transaction.
