One of the employees at planet fitness in *********** *** that worked night shift he would tell me i needed to hurry up and get out so he could clean up..i don't understand if a buisness is open 24 hrs..then how are they gonna rush me..it just make me feel uncomfortable to even be there i will never go back to that gym againReview from Benjamin J

I went to cancel my membership on 02/17/23 at the ************************************************** location. The staff told me I had to cancel at my "home gym". I have recently moved and so my "home gym" is an hour away. The staff told me that they knew how to switch my home gym to their location, but they refused to do so if I was going to cancel. Is this really the company policy? This seems a little bit *****. There is no valid reason to make it so difficult, unless it is intentionally designed to make the process difficult. Which of course is a predatory way to run your business. It takes 2 hours of driving to cancel your membership? I considered writing a letter but I have heard nothing but bad experiences going that route.Review from Emily D

They make it impossible to cancel your membership. Do not go to any PF. The staff is inept, the gym is dirty, take your business elsewhere.Review from Stephen S

survey ? I am currently fighting keep my membership because my email was hacked by another party. I am working with email provide to resolve the issue forward planet fitness but all reality do not do survey at all usually delete them.Review from Reginald W

there i was at Planet Fitness getting ready for my work out when two guys walk in the locker room. they are dropping n***** like it ain't nothing. they can't see me because i'm in a changing stall. i pop out. of course we had to talk about. so i reported it to management. the manager told me since they were in a private conversation there was nothing she could do about it. i tried to talk to the franchisee and the corporate people. they offered to give them a stern talking to, but, since it was their first offense nothing would be done. 2021 and you can't go to public spaces without dealing with racial slurs and the people that support them. had to turn in my black card.
