I made a hair appointment for dying and retwist on locs with ***************************** for October 28, 2022 which she told me I would have to put a deposit down of $50 and to pay close to my appointment date so I paid her $100, $50 for deposit and another $50 towards my balance on September 16, 2022. I text her to ask if she would add another service on my appointment and I also asked if she received the deposit she said she didnt and I sent her proof from my bank and cash app where I sent it she said she dont have it she doesnt use the account anymore so she said she would call to see if she can get me a refund she didnt she lied and she tried so I called the rep told me no because her account is active and open and if it wasnt it would have refund back to me I called my bank as well they said the same thing. I texted this lady and called her no answer I text her telling her I want a refund and cancel my appointment this lady got real disrespectful and unprofessional with me telling me she wasnt giving me my money back blocked me from contacting her and on instagram. She never responded to me on the phone so I had to get her through instagram finally when she seen I finally figured out what she did then she decided to use her phone to text me but blocked me
