I definitely will NOT be returning. I have visited this place three times and everytime it got worse! Today was the last straw! I have a ****** and I asked them twice before to cut his hair low and like a ***** bear cut and each time my dog came out looking like a different dog and went against my wishes and cut him very low. The cut was not attractive at all. Today took the cake!! My dog was fluffy and had lots of hair. Yes he was a little matted but did not warrant this type of cut!!. They shaved my dog's hair completely off !!! I asked the lady to cut him down and she was like no he needs to be cut off using number 1. I was like no I want the ***** bear cut I really don't want all his hair cut off like that because I didn't like it the last 2 times. When I tell y'all my dog came out looking like an anorexia crackhead. I wanted to cry so bad. The lady had an attitude prior and saying I could take my dog the Peachtree but we don't do that here. I was like y'all cannot do a low ***** bear cut? The cut my dog got was like a -1. I usually pay 40 for a cut. They charged be 80 f****** dollars for this B's cut!!!? I was very overcharged and my dog did not get his nails clipped along with going against my wishes. The energy was very off when I picked him up. The woman that was at the front desk when I dropped him off didn't even look me in my eye. I feel she did this on purpose because she had an attitude with me prior to his cut. My dog looks horrible!!!! I want a partial refund because everytime I look at him I get ****** off and upset. It will take a while for all his hair to grown back. He looks that bad. Looks malnourished. He had big beautiful hair before this visit. I feel that this was done deliberately. I should've went with my first instant. Horrible place. I can do better elsewhere. The hair cuts as not cute at all. I want a refund. This cut wasn't even worth 40 freaking dollars. I want a refund! Tried to upload receipts. 30 cash 50 credit card
