            August 9, 2020 - waterline replacement. Initially charged $1,900 but after service was $2,200 due to the laborers not being experienced enough to locate a water line. He called out his boss upon my request after destroying my entire side yard (which is still destroyed and lumpy) and his boss found the line within a few minutes. My neighbors yard was also destroyed by the unnecessary machinery that the laborer didnt know how to use properly. He hit my home with the machine and caused small marring to the planked sides. There is currently what appears to be piece of waterline (hopefully old line) sticking up from my yard, because it was left in the dirt. I was charged more than what I should have been, because of the inexperience of the laborer and Im having to pay for landscaping to fix my yard that is difficult to walk on and has small craters due to this terrible experience. Not to mention being without water about 8 hours or so that day. Its terrible! All of this came after spending $750 for them to repair a leak in November 2018 that apparently came undone by August 2020, because the leak was in the same spot.

            Avoid these guys at all cost. I hired plumb all to replace a hose bib and a new shut off valve. The first tech came out To do the job after 3 attempts to solder the ball valve he could not stop the joint from leaking. He then put a sharkbite valve in and billed me $675. I called the next day to complain. They sent another tech out. He tried all day and could not figure out how to solder the ball joint either. He then converted to a pex valve. This is where it got strange. On the way out he demanded for payment on the spot. I told him I have the invoice and would pay by the linkbprovided. He said the previous tech should have charged $800. Instead of $675. He also said he should have added a 3% credit card fee. I thought he was leaving but he came to my front door demanding I pay him. That's when I called 911 and let the police deal with him. It's sad. Please do not use the..
