Ive had my storage unit for some years well it was unit 151 if Im correct I had a balance but I paid online my payment was messed up due to a family member being inconvenient when helping me I was told a nsf fee was put on the account but I never used a check after that I wasnt able to use a card which was my only way of paying because Iam in a whole other state than the storage place ny to be exact so without being able to use card I could not pay Ive reached out many times I was then told I could send a money order I said ok but never sent because I never trusted to send a money order to ******* due to how she speaks and is inconsistent with being there anytime I tried coming there or mainly called I spoke with someone and they said they would reach out to tell her not to sell my things when I reached back days later as I was told because I didnt receive a call back she had already sold my things I called and asked would she be able to contact who she sold it to because my childrens important papers were in the unit I was told by her Iam not calling anybody for any papers and she hung up in my face but prior to all of this there has been times she said my things would be sold and I would call customer service and nothing was in the system for my things being sold so was this a private sell or correct at a auction
