      Ac stopped working in the middle of a Georgia heat wave mission critical had me up and running with in hours!!!! The techs were amazing! Knowledgeable and professional. The owner is great! Could not be happier! They have all of my future ac needs. Thanks guys stay cool

      There is not one company out there with better customer service. MCCS is a company I happened to call to see if someone could see what was going on with my a/c at 8 on a Sunday night. DJ came out and told me what I needed and I will be a forever customer! This business has grown by leaps and bounds because the owners and staff really do care about their clients. You cannot go wrong with this company!

      Called 11/13/2023 to renew maintenance agreement. After doing business with this company for several years, the response was they would no longer do business with us because "we used another company for a new unit install" last year. Their quote was the highest of 5 companies we checked and they offered no feasible financing options. We were able to get an upgraded unit from our previous one for $2500 less than their quote with 3 years of no interest payments. My husband is a disabled veteran. This is a very immature attitude and a poor business practice. This is a veteran owned company. Sad and disgraceful.

      To summarize I no longer recommend the company because they did not finish the job, had a poor attitude, don’t want the work and overchaged 36% for labor. I have used this company for over 3 years and they have done several repairs plus installed 2 new heat AC systems on rentals for me in the past. My home AC quit so I called Mission Critical AC. The technician found a bad AC blower motor which was still under warranty and the price quote for labor was $479.00 Tech got the motor replaced and AC working. I asked if he would check the system pressures and he said no, I would need to purchase a annual maintenance plan for $180 additional to get that checked. I said I would consider maintenance plan later. When I received the invoice by email the work completed description was (1) replace motor under warranty, (2) check system pressures and (3) clean drain line. I called them back and requested a technician come back to check the pressures and clean drain line since it was stated on the invoice but not done when he was here. Technician returned that afternoon and had a poor attitude and was short with me. Upon completing the pressure check he said: the company will no longer service my homes so don’t call them back in the future. I ask for his explanation and he just said he and his boss decided they would not work for me again. I called the company and confirmed this but offered no explanation or reasons. I guess they don’t like to be called back to finish the job. Afterword I decided to check on their labor pricing and another reputable company would do the same job for $350 labor so it appears I was overcharged $129 or 36% total. To summarize I no longer recommend the company because they did not finis the job, had a poor attitude, don’t want to work anymore and overcharged 36% for labor.

      My husband and I requested our property management company contact Mission Critical regarding any issues that may arise. They were a company we used several times and trusted. My husband contacted Mission Critical to get an understanding of why they are unable to perform a job at our rental home. When he called the lady who answered the phone was rude. She kept cutting him off. When he tried to explain who he was she interrupted him immediately saying "I already told your landlord." He couldn't even get out the reason he was calling before repeatedly saying "we can't do the job." So much for being a business with a "company-wide emphasis on the Golden Rule, integrity, honesty, and respect".

      Hi Ashley, Thank you for sharing the details of the interaction with us. I understand your frustration with the course of events over that phone call. This August has been brutally hot and we are trying to service every customer with top notch care, but even we are not perfect. I conducted an internal review with the dispatcher who was on duty when your husband called. We have strict no tenant policy with regards to information we share over the phone. The dispatcher believed that your husband was the tenant, not the homeowner, and she had just engaged the property management company about the specifics of the requested work. I believe this was a miscommunication during the heat of summer. However, I understand you no longer wish to utilize Mission Critical as your HVAC repair provider of choice. Mission Critical wishes you success in your future endeavors.

      We was having problems with our AC we call Misson Critical and they came out fast, Chris came and look at our AC he was so friendly and good at his job we have our AC for 18 years and we bought a new one they came today to install it we are so happy.
