An employee by the name of ********************* at this location called me over ***************************************************************************************************** for a service he was supposed to, even after I tried to pay and he said I didnt have to. He lied to the police which I have recorded and told them multiple different stories about how I somehow walked out the store without paying for the phone and even called the police claiming I shoplifted. If I had stolen the phone and just walked out why didnt he contact the police until a few hours later? On the camera footage I have my card in hand and try to pay since the previous day he told me an amount to fix the screen. He tells me to see if everything looks good with the phone, I said yes he says there was a ********* dont have to pay, I say really? oh okay put my card away and then I leave. A few hours later I guess he realized he shouldve charged me and started blowing up my phone from multiple numbers and called the police to accuse me of shoplifting. I was accused and harassed by this employee because of his mistake. He threatened me multiple times that he would press charges when this was all his mistake. The police contacted my family looking for me. I am not nor will I ever steal $130, thats so insulting. I tried to pay him first and after speaking with the police I still had no problem paying, because I wouldnt get a service or agree to it if I couldnt afford it. Again his name is *********************. Instead of taking fault and accountability for his mistake he lied and called the police on a customer. I have attached a screenshot of the amount of times he called me. That is harassment to say the least. He called a customer from his personal number, the stores number and a blocked number. Why would he be doing that if it wasnt his fault and I actually stole the phone. He waited over an hour to reach out to me and or the police with this lie he came up with.
