      **** from this company is very rude. I have emailed and physically mailed guardianship papers to him showing who can represent my handicapped son to discuss the past due bill. They hang up on me (the mother/guardian) and the handicapped provider who would be the one actually paying an overlooked bill. Bad business!!!After reading a lot of other reviews, action needs to be taken against this company.

      Received a phone call with someone from this business that did not identify themselves well, was rude and aggressive about a supposed bill demanding I give him my birthdate and address. When I responded that I don't know who he is and I am not giving out personal information he yelled at me, threatening court and hung up on me. I have no record of any such bill. I have blocked the number as suspected scam.

      Ordered product 3 weeks ago on 2/16/23, it went out on the day I ordered it, and it said delivery on 3/1/23. It's now 3/6/23 and I have no idea where my shipment is, and tracking is a total joke, saying it is on it's way to ******** for the last 3 weeks!! Really? I retired from the largest trucking company in the world, with 40 years experience, and never have I seen such gross incompetence in the industry!! Called the shipping company, and they said delivery on 3/1/23, so I am calling this company "F.U.B.A.R. Freight" now. I notified the shipper that this is a weak link in your online sales, and you need to get a respectable shipper, but I think they just shinned me on. Beware of shipments on ARC best, ABF Freight because there is no tracking and good luck if and when you get it. From now on I will refuse any sales if they ship ARC/ABF.

      Went out of my way to contact them after beginning to get texts regarding a debt they claimed I owed. I wanted to verify they were legit, since it has been over a year since the services were rendered and I actively tried to make sure every provider had been paid, and if they were legit, see about getting them paid. I wasn't going to give them *more* information about me but verified what I knew they did have. I was trying to ask them to mail a statement to the address they had on file; that I didn't want them to give me any information on the phone. When I wouldn't give them my DOB and address the person was immediately so rude. Cut me off. Acted like *I* was a scammer, popped off, and hung up on me. I called back, verified my name and number again, then quickly said "I don't want any info over the phone. Can you just mail to the address you have?..." and the person was somehow even *****. Scoffed at me, popped off again, then hung up on me again. Absolute garbage customer service. I understand they can't give out info if you don't verify your identity, but that's not what I was asking for. Not having the option to request they mail something to the address they already have without an exchange of information is absurd, since only an idiot would give a cold caller / texter any personally identifying information these days. If they are somehow legitimate, which their responses to previous complaints below do nothing to assure that they are, they aren't getting anything from me now.

      *** keeps hounding me with at least one call every day. I'm in very poor health and confined to a wheelchair and I want them to LEAVE ME ALONE. So far they've called from two different numbers, and I told the woman who called today that I will keep blocking them no matter how many different phones they call from. This is harassment and it will stop or I will get the ****************** involved. I know my rights! Btw, they need to know that my income is protected from garnishment, because I am on disability so they're just wasting their time. If I can get insurance I will try to get them to pay this off but they will just have to wait. Sorry *******!

      They sent me a text message pretending to be the company that I do physical therapy with. They identify as it's a recorded call but I can only answer yes or know to any of their questions. They ask for personal information over the phone. They stated they can't tell me anything about my call until I provide the personal information the ask for. I told the smart mouth that I wouldn't be telling him anything of sensitive information over the phone because phone recordings can be altered to their fraudulent purposes. The guy just laughed and I hung up.

      We identify ourselves as ARC in all communications. We do not have any automated voice technology so you would have been speaking with a live person and would have been able to answer questions as you pleased. I am not able to locate any record of this consumer with the limited information provided.

      This company put me on collections for non payment when I had insurance. They have received my insurance information from Bluecross and I'm still in collections wrongfully because they decided to put me on self pay when I'm fully insured and I need them to fix this issue immediately. In addition, when I call them they lie and tell me they sent an email to the original creditor E.R. Physician to remove the debt but til date nothing has been done to resolve this issue.
