On 12/6/23 & 1/5/24 a claim was submitted to ******** and my secondary insurance (meritain health). The claim was for intermittent urinary catheter. The amounts that were charged was &******* for each claim. ******** paid &******* for each claim. I contacted ******** and meritain that they were fraudulent. The doctors name was listed as ****** A *****.Initial Complaint

My ******** account shows I was billed for 200 Intermittent urinary catheter supplies (A4353-KX) on December 18, 2023 and again on January 17, 2024. $1,960 each time. It now says I owe $372.80 and $574.40. I do not and have never used these items. This is a scam to get money out of ********. I'm worried this is an ongoing monthly scam.Initial Complaint

This company has submitted two claims to my Aunts *********************** Policy for a total amount of $3,820 for durable medical equipment which was not ordered or wanted. Aetna alerted us to the fraudulent claim.Initial Complaint

I was billed for urinary catheters and supplies on 1/19/24. ******** was billed $1,960.00 for this and paid $1,405.47. A larger amount for the additional urinary catheters/supplies was billed to ******** previously, which I also reported. This claim was documented to be fraudulent and I was issued a new ******** account number and card. As I read through other BBB complaints against Main St DME, it seems they have done this to several other complainants, all related to bills for urinary catheters/supplies which were never needed, prescribed, or received. I have now spent several hours on the phone reporting this fraud to ********, and to ********** Blue Shield FEP Blue) my secondary insurance carrier. I have also had to provide all of my physicians and other medical providers with my new ******** account. I am shocked that this company has not been s*** down, fined, and its owner/operators sent to prisonInitial Complaint

This company charged me $1960.00 for - 200 units ***** - Intermittent Urinary Catheter, With Insertion Supplies, and they did it twice. Never received these devices or services, a total FRAUD. ******** paid for the services and ******** responded that this company has a history of fraud.Initial Complaint

I received several EOBs from United Healthcare for medical supplies and medical equipment from out of network provider Main Street DME, Inc. for the following dates of service: 1/22/24 12/29/23 11/28/23 10/30/23 9/29/23 8/30/23 7/31/23 6/29/23 5/30/23 4/28/23 3/29/23 Total amount owed is $13,720 for 11 dates of service above.I called United Healthcare today who are not paying claims received from Main Street DME, Inc. and advised me to then call ******** to say it was medical insurance fraud from Main Street DME, Inc.I was not at any doctor on those 11 service dates (which are false) and I never received or ordered any medical supplies or equipment from Main Street DME, Inc.John ************************************************************** 1C Yonkers, NY *****Initial Complaint

This company billed ******** for 200 intermittent urinary catheter with insertion supplies (A4353-KX) $1960.00 twice and on my 93 year old mother's account. This is fraud! ******** paid $1405.08 and $1461.38 for these fradulent charges.I have the claim number if that is needed. On 4/5/24, I reviewed my ******** Supplement UnitedHealthcare Benefits Statement from 3/28/24. It listed two fraudulent charges:1)12/07/23 Main Street DME ***** Supplies for bladder drainage $1,960.00 2)01/08/24 Main Street DME ***** Supplies for bladder drainage $1,960.00 I have never needed, ordered or received any such supplies from this organization or any other company.I reported these fraudulent claims to UnitedHealthCare and to ******** via telephone on 4/5/24.Initial Complaint
