This company was assigned to work on ceiling fans through Choice Home Warranty. The tech came out (************) and worked on 3 fans. The 3rd fan needed to be replaced and i had to purchase the new fan 1st. Once the new fan was purchased the tech came back and installed it. I was told by both Choice AND the tech that when he came back to install the new fan, the tech would reimburse the $70 *** for the new fan purchase. That didnt happen. After the tech completed the install, he advised he would not be reimbursing me and i needed to speak with Choice. I have spoken with Choice 3 times. They have spoken with this company and ************ agreed to reimburse me $70. The only way he will do so is if I drive to his office and come get a check. He said I have been too much trouble and he is not putting anymore time and energy into getting me this little bit of money. However, I am disabled and do not have a way to get to his office, whice is a considerable ways away. The 1 day I could find someone, he is conveniently unavailable. I asked that he simply mail it to me. He refused and said I have to come personally and pick it up. This is rediculous. He said he's only agreeing to reimburse me out of the goodness of his heart. That is a lie. ****** has already paid his company over $600 for this claim and he owes me this money. I'm simply asking him to mail it because I am unable to come get due to my health.
