We celebrated our 10th anniversary and dropped my wedding and engagement ring to be refurbished, stones replaced, and the ring itself buffed and cleaned to look like new. We walked away paying for a damaged set of rings that will now have to be repaired by a real jeweler.We have trusted them with a deeply sentimental set of rings that have been a symbol of our commitment to each other of the last 10 years of our life. They have damaged our personal property and stolen our time.THE DAMAGE TO OUR PERSONAL AND SENTIMENTAL PROPERTY The rings were not repaired, they were damaged. The rings were not returned to us in new condition as promised. The mounting is crooked, the prongs on one side do not even touch the stone but rest above it. The side stones are installed at different heights and angles, the wedding band has had yellow gold prongs added in 3 places when the original prongs were white gold, the "newly created yellow gold prongs are uneven and only serve to clamp stones down in an uneven line. The entire basket of the mounting has deep gouges, making the gold finish uneven and chopped up. The rings look terrible and multiple prongs catch and pull threads loose on all fabrics. I cant even wear them.THE TIME STOLEN FROM US We were told there would be a four-day turnaround. On the fifth day we called and inquired about the status of the rings. We were told that the jeweler would have to be contacted. The person we were speaking would place a call to the jeweler on another phone. What is the status of the gold and moissanite rings?, no ticket number or name, or other identifying information. 5 calls and 2 trips to the store because they were ready but they were not.This has been the worst experience we have ever had with a jeweler and will never able to recoup what we have lost.We have contacted this company regarding our concerns and have received no response.It is suspicious that every review on ****** that is NOT negative is a full 5 stars.
