Where do I start.Unethical business and sales practices, dishonesty, deception about running credit reports, and deliberate use of Toyota financing institutions. Credit score of 840 and the finance manager gave an initial interest rate of 11%. Discriminatory remarks made about lesbians and gay people. Being held at the dealership after I asked repeatedly for my car keys to leave when I told the sales staff I wanted to leave. Being forced to look at and potentially buy a vehicle I was never interested in, despite me telling the sales staff I wanted a different car. A nightmare experience. If the ******** knew how Toyota was running their car business they would be ashamed.

I was very surprised that Cobb County Toyota doesn't honor their auto repair service in good faith as a automotive manufacturer. A family member owns a Toyota Venza which had a mechanical problem and took their car to Cobb County Toyota for repair and needed a part for the car. I provided financial assistance and paid the bill. I live in another state. I can really kick myself because I didn't read the invoice thoroughly. CC Toyota expressly disclaim all warranties, either expressed or implied for any liability in connection with a sale. The service my family member received was totally disappointing. Any service provided by any manufacture should provide a warranty of service for a specific time period. I would not recommend Cobb County Toyota because they don't stand behind their service to the consumer. PLEASE ASK THE TOYOTA REPRESENTATIVE ABOUT A SERVICE WARRANTY ON ANY AUTO PARTS BEING REPAIRED or REPLACED BEFORE ACCEPTING TO USE THEIR SERVICE. A company that doesn't stand by their service or work is no good for the consumers. Cobb County Toyota's Rating NO STAR!!!!

Miss leading sales practices, clearly intended to miss-inform the consumer. I purchased a through Cobb County Toyota - I was told I was purchasing a Toyota Certified Pre Owned vehicle, when in reality I was buying a Toyota, that they included a third party warranty on, entitled "Certified Preowned Warranty" through ************** Services. ergo making it a Toyota, "Certified Pre-Owned" - very different then the "Toyota Certified Preowned Vehicle Program". I have had multiple mechanical issues, questioned the warranty and requested documentation multiple times until finally I called Toyota and they told me I didn't have a CPO vehicle - with this information I was able to push for transparency - I was told its our "Toyota Dealership Certified Preowned Program through TWS". These types of practices should be black and white illegal. This is clearly designed to be a game of semantics to miss-lead the consumer - and they are doing an excellent job on that front. In addition to the miss-leading warranty program, I was also misinformed as to the features the vehicle was equipped with. I had communicated to the sales person I was looking for a few specific features, and was told the vehicle was equipped with them. When I got home and proceeded to set them all up - I was unable to. I returned to the dealership service department for assistance and was informed the vehicle was not equipped with the features.I have purchased 3 Toyota CPO vehicles from a different dealer in *******, all three were excellent owner and buyer experiences. I would activity recommend to any consumer to avoid Cobb County Toyota

Went to the service department today for a "Maintenance Required, visit dealership" message. The service advisor, ***********************, looked up my car and said, "Yeah you got an oil change not too long ago..." A minute later he said he would reset the maintenance light and give me back my car. I thought that was a bit strange, because the light is on for a reason, yet, no reason was given for the light and they never checked to see if it was something more. Nowhere do I see documentation on what the maintenance lights mean, so i assume the company that services these vehicles would know. I am about to take a 700+ mile trip with my vehicle and I thought it was callus to not at least pull the codes from the car or explain to me why this light was on. So if something breaks or causes a problem during my trip, here is my evidence against the company.Addendum - normally service here has been fine, but in this case **** clearly didn't want to bother checking and possibly put me and my 3 family members in jeopardy. The message could have been nothing, but at least pulling it back and running a check would have satisfied me. I am not under warranty anymore, so I will find another car service company to use for any problems I have with this vehicle. Typical Cobb County Toyota.

I took my car in for a service check and was told that I needed a tire rotation. Prior to leaving, my technician told me that they had done an express inspection and that everything looked good. Well, everything was not good because about about 3 days later, my battery died. Had the technician or service man done the "express inspection" he would have noticed that the battery was corroded and I could have had it taken care of that day. I called and complained to the manager "Todd" and he was so unconcerned. Additionally, the service sticker was not placed on the windshield and the floor mat has oil on it that won't come off. I would not recommend this place to anyone.
