These guys are excellent. **** is a great communicator and PM. Their crew(s) work their tails off. We have a beautiful driveway now that neighbors stop to comment on. All work done timely, despite the company being busy Im sure. This is a company you can trust!

Totally unresponsive to calls re issues/questions AFTER doing $13+K job. Sleazy, take-the-money-and-run operation. Sorry I cannot leave a zero star review! DO NOT USE!!!!Arbor Hills Construction Response

Arbor Hills Construction has been in business for over 25 years, doing our best to treat each and every client with the upmost respect and professionalism. We pour approximately 6 to 8 driveways each week with no problem or complaints. Last year we installed a quality driveway for Mr. ******* ******, sometime after we finished the driveway, Mr. ****** contacted us complaining about the finish of the driveway in a few specific areas. We went out and took a look at the complaint he had. There were a few areas of concern approximately the size of a dime or less which we touched up for him. A short time later Mr. ****** called again regarding some stains on the driveway he apparently created. He wanted to know how to remove the stains, we drove by and took a look at the stains and told him at that time there was nothing we could do about it, but we recommended a cleaner that might possibly fade the stains over time. Shortly there after Mr. ****** called the office again wanting some information regarding sealing his driveway. He wanted us to show him what product to use and how to do it. Based on past experiences, Arbor Hills did not want to be held responsible if the product we recommended was not used properly by the homeowner. In regards to all of Mr. ******s comments, we gave answers to all the issues, it was just not the answers that he wanted. We as a company try to handle any concern a customer has regarding the quality of our work, but we cannot be held responsible for the homeowners actions.Review from Charles P

After numerous calls re cracks/holes in the concrete driveway they installed, they finally sent a person to repair the spots. That person said the repairs, which were darker in color than the original pour, would fade and blend with the original pour after several weeks. Several months later, that has not happened. Again, I called Josh ******* and/or Rachel ******* multiple times and left unanswered messages about this issue, some stains that the driveway sustained, and a sealant product on which I wanted them to provide their opinion, asking them to revisit my home and LOOK at the issues. FINALLY, Rachel ******* finally left a message on Friday, 13th August 2021, with a litany of excuses why they had not been to my home, and promising that they would visit during the week of 23rd August. Subsequently, calls to either go to voicemail and are unanswered as of 3rd November.
