12/27/2022 - I purchased a pizza from this Little Caesars after work. Upon arriving home 1.5hrs later, I opened the box to find a burnt pizza - it was black in the middle. I took a photo to have it replaced the next day. I was told that because I didn't return the pizza there was nothing I could do. I contacted ************ and spoke with **************** (I also sent photos to their offices). **************** stressed how it was their mantra to exceed customer expectations and that the issue would be resolved in a timely manner. It is 01/17/2023 and I have not received any contact from Little Caesars. 01/17/2023 - I waited on hold for more than an hour only to be disconnected upon reaching a live person.Business response
