  I have a complaint about the owner of Southern Elite Roofing, Inc., ***********************. We had a roof replaced with this roofing company with payment coming from our home owners insurance, ****************** Before I received payment from Farmers for the work being done the owner of Southern Elite Roofing, Inc. began to harass us. He did not believe when I told him that I had not received payment from ***************** yet, so instead of leaving and waiting for me to contact him when the check came in the mail he blocked our driveway with his pickup truck and would not allow my fianc' to leave the driveway to go to work. She had to drive thru the grass to get around his truck. When I did contact him to tell him that the check had arrived, he parked his truck a house away from ours and waited for me to return from the bank, We felt threatened and unsafe in our house and neighborhood. We continue to feel unsafe because when he did come by to get the first check he tried to open our front door to gain access to our house. He continues to harass and threaten us. I have received multiple emails from his company and voice mails from him.We were concerned about the quality of work on the roof and asked him about it, he refused to come by to look, but instead threatened us again.We are very concerned about what else he is capable of.

  This is an invalid complaint. We have completed all work and ***************** has refused to pay his insurance deductible. He also owes us $250 dollars from the insurance company. We have filed a lein on the property and asked for payment. This review is slander and we will be seeking litigation. In no way was ***************** threatened nor was there any issue with the work performed. ***************** claimed he fell on hard times and I agreed to allow him to make payments. He has not lived up to his end of the bargain and is now making up stories in an attempt to hurt my business.
