i contracted with Creative Solar on 7/7/2023 to install a solar system on my home that cost $69,945. I elected to finance the project from my credit union rather than using the credit company used by Creative Solar. Initially I was told that everything should be done by the end of the year, December 2023. However the company said that it was January 2024 instead. This was last extended on 2/16/2024 to 4/15/2024. We are now beyond the extended date of April 15, 2023 to install the solar system with no confirmed date of install on the horizon. We have talked to **** at Creative Solar *************) and requested that this issue be resolved several times. At this point we request that all monies be returned to us for the breach of contract on the company's failure to perform the contract of installing any solar system in our home. We initially signed this contract on July 7, 2023 at that time the initial representative told us it would be completed by the end of December 2023. An upon our inquiry for it not being installed at that time was told differently that it was supposed to be January 2024. Then in February, we asked to speak to the manager and the last conversation and email from ********************************* ************************************ said that "To confirm a few things we discussed on the phone, expected installation date is April 15, 2024 and solar Production credit from January through ************** this is how can you get credit for a system that has never been installed This has not been honored. At this point we believe that we have no choice but to find a contractor that can install the solar system on our home in a realistic time. There was an initial payment of $7,380 on 8/9/2023 and second payment on 8/16/2023 of $6,651.75 and a 3rd Payment of $22,172.50 on 12/1/2023 for a total of $35,976 (54.52%) It time for us to find another solar contractor to do this project. We are really disappointed that this project has resulted in this action. But we believe from our signing in December through todays date has made this 5 month wait thus far in our getting the system installed and a Year since we first started to work with creative solar.

We've been in consistent communication with the client, setting a firm start date of June 7 back in late April. The challenges we're experiencing largely stem from our backlog and the scarcity of skilled professionals for quality installations. We're committed to upholding stringent standards for safety and excellence, which necessitates thorough training and meticulous attention to detail. ******* the process by hiring unqualified personnel compromises the integrity and longevity of the solar system, which we strive to avoid at all costs.

I am rejecting this response because the installation of my home has still not been completed and despite their giving a start date for the project, as well as a description of the reason for the delays, they are still not really working on the installation.  They came on the 7th of June and did not come back until June 14, 2024 and have not showed up today either, with no call or notification of further delays.  I want my house done and completed without any further delays.

      Sincerely,

      ***********************

We are very sorry for the multiple delays in-getting there installation started and completed. However, we did get the project installed Starting on June 7th as agreed. We finished the project and passed inspection on June 26th. In addition we upgraded the client to a Teals Powerwall 3 instead of the Powerwall 2 that they originally contracted for due tot he delays.

Creative Solar was subcontracted to install solar panels on our building. Once the work has been completed we have paid our main contractor, who then paid Creative Solar. However, it appears that Creative Solar has subcontracted Sunstate Equipment Rental and is owing them money since July 2023. My main contractor and I have tried to get an answer from Creative Solar, but they aren't replying to us and therefore we don't have an update, whether they are planning to pay Sunstate Equipment Rental. I want this lien removed from the building and Creative Solar to pay their subcontractor.

We are aware of the situation at hand. We had taken a capital to pay down the vendor with the understanding it was Sunbelt and not realizing it was actually Sunstate.  We intend to pay Sunstate as soon as more capital from our AR comes in. Which has been horribly slow. Apologies for the confusion and delay in resolving this.

Creative solar completed my solar system install in Jan, 2023. The system has had problems since installation. Some of the problems are below: 1.I can not logon the evervolt portal, I receive the error message License check error, please make contact with administrator. FIXED 2.I also, cannot logon the monitoring app, get message Cannot get site information OUTSTANDING 3.And, it appears that one of the inverters (ending in ****), gives an error code of 71 and will not fully charge the batteries as the other inverter does.It appears that the error code only appears when the feed is to the batteries and the grid. No error is displayed on the other inverter (ending in.****)The **** and **** are located on the outside of the inverters. OUTSTANDING.The above problems were sent to Creative in April, 2023. I initially began contacting Creative in Feb, 2023. At the completion of the install, someone should have instructed me on how the system works, rapid shutdown procedures and given me a user's guide on pertinent system info and guidelines, didn't happen. Can't understand how a business could be so ***, if I owed them money, they would call me every other day.The majority of the time Creative do not respond, very unprofessional. Thanks *************************

******************************* bought a home that had an existing solar energy and storage system with a ********* Battery system. He contacted us asking for us to come service the system. (However, expressed his dislike in having a solar energy system on his home. Why he bought it then I have no idea.) In the end of April 2023, ****** and **** were the two technicians that went out to reset his battery and he was charged $395. At the end of May 2023 ********************** reached back out and said that he was getting error codes.  We got with ********* multiple times between May 24- May 26 to try to get the codes reset and restore his comms. This did not work so at the beginning of ***** *** master Electrician and another tech went to his house. He told us that he thinks solar is overpriced and not worth the cost. He did not buy the system and said he does not like solar and would have never paid for a system. *** Master technician as well as Tech support from ********* both explained the system and asked him if he had any other questions. We were there for around 5-6 hours. He would not pay for the work we did and wants labor to be included with any kind of issues he has from the manufacturer.  Because he refused to pay for services, we stopped communication and referred him to ********* directly. We did not sell this person the system. SO why are we getting such a complaint I dont understand.

      Complaint: 20244667

I am rejecting this response because: The business mention of my thoughts about solar has nothing to do with the problem. The system is under warranty, the problem was caused by the installation. Why would they expect me to pay for a system that has never been completely functional, due to their failure. The original owner purchased the system and in turn we purchased the system.

Creative Solar is just blowing smoke. I will reach out to ********* and find out what they can do, after all it is a ********* system. I would prefer the bad complaint against Creative Solar to stand, they are unreliable and very unprofessional.

      Sincerely,

      *******************************

This is a formal request for resolution on a project with a contract signed on August 25, 2022 and has not yet been completed to this date. Contractor ********** installed solar panels on the our roof on November 18, 2022 with poor workmanship, broken roof tiles, scratched panels, and trash on our property. All initial paperwork including our recent electric bills were summited to get the project started, and on March 31, 2023 another request for our electric bill was made by ********** to so they can resubmit our electric bill before the deadline to lock in the *** 2.0 program from our utility company. Which I assume, our old application had expired during this drawn out process. The main panel upgrade technician started work on May 5, 2023 and left ** with no power to the garage outlets when there once was and this issue is still waiting to be resolved. The contract states, Contractor shall exercise best efforts to commence improvement work on or about: 60 days after contract signing - upon the approval of Permit by the local AHJ. Four more months and this project will reach the one year **** when the average timeline of other companies would have completed the project already. Monthly payments are currently being made by me to the loan company with Goodleap, LLC, therefore I expect ********** to hold their end of the deal and for the sales representative and the sales company Creative Solar USA to assist ** in this process. A complaint will be sent to the BBB and legal proceedings will commence if no further attempts are made by ********** or Creative Solar USA to see this project through.

HI there we believe **** **** is mistaking ** for another organization as we have not installed in ********** or have his home or name or contact in out data base. We also have no contact with ********** and do not do any business with them. We are not a ********** licenced company and we are based in Kenessaw ******* and do all our sales and installations ourselves.
