My name is ***** and I am a previous customer from *****, the artist at this company. I have a tattoo that is not even halfway done. I dont feel comfortable letting ***** finish it and I wanted to know what can be done refund wise because this has been a terrible experience for me. ***** has made me uncomfortable at times coming to the shop, he would hit on me and say things that were inappropriate. I didnt feel comfortable with the conversations and the touching. I shouldve spoke up about that but I didnt. Previous to this situation ***** had posted online that he was have a Flash Sale for tattoos all week. I messaged him to discuss my ideas and my budget. He agreed to do for $350. I understand that ***** was not accurate to my idea but he agreed. I tried to make me appointment for this past Saturday (12/9) but he talked me into coming this past Friday (12/8). It was already very late and while he was doing the tattoo I felt pressured as if he wanted me to stop so he can go home, which I understand because it was very late. He assured me that we would finish up on that following Monday but on Monday he left the state without saying anything and made me wait at the mall until 10 pm stating that he would be there soon. He apologized and said come back Wednesday, I told him I could after work. He told me to not come in because he was still out of town, even though we had an agreement for Wednesday. I came to the shop that because this had become a very aggravating situation. He proceeded to call me after I came to the shop and yell at me for telling on him. I am very upset because this is a really big piece on my body that I am not even sure that will be fixed. I like to know next steps regarding possible refunds. I also have blocked communication with ***** and he keeps trying to contact me. I feel very harassed. I also talked the managers and owners above ***** but I am not sure my issue will be handled.
