  0 stars please! Please! Please! Do not buy from this company they are selling floodwater vehicles, once they sell you a vehicle they will blocked you from calling and when you go to the dealership they will give you the runaround!

  ***** **** was very rude and disrespectfulI traded off my corvette they gave to a bad Land Rover did paperwork wrong its to much to write Im fighting to get out of this now I pay ***** a month had car 3 months dont work. The car ****** ended up ****** with my trade in which was under ****** miles somehow when Im done it will be 100k but Im not keeping this for no longer then 6 months its been in accident they lied I was going to sue but I just rather gave up 25k to get another vette when people do you wrong I let god deal with it. Very low down dirty people

  We bought a ********************************************** the original agreement I had stated we needed two keys a new battery, and new tires to have a deal. They handed me a set of keys that belonged to the macan and another set they said came from a different Porsche they had previously. The managers name was *********. ********* said they will have it programmed for us. Great! So I got the we owe you form and the key wasnt in there. No problem he said because you have the key and Ill send a guy to program it for you. Well long story short and 5 months of back and forth. ********* told me he couldnt find anyone who could program it so he asked me to take it to Porsche and bring him the bill. So I do that and ******* tells me you cant program another key you have to order them from *******. Sweet. Then I bring the bill in to have myself reimbursed. Guess what..? ********* no longer works there and I dont have anything in writing stating the key cost was going to be reimbursed.. terrible company that would not refund me what was owed. I will never do business with them again and Ill suggest to anyone I talk to that Im sure they can find a used luxury vehicle else where. So sad because I really like the car and they had an opportunity to do right by their customer.

  They sold me a vehicle with a bad hybrid battery! 44k miles and they did nothing to make it right! Once you sign the papers they dont care what happens when you walk out the door. Theyre scammers and do people dirty

  Dealership sold me a vehicle and told me they inspected it. Well, they didnt, or if they did they didnt do a good job. I drove it home and the next day it was smoking from oil burning off the motor. I contacted them and asked for help paying for the repairs and they told me they werent going to do anything. I had put less than 500 miles on the truck and had to put over $4,000 into it. AVOID THIS DEALERSHIP AT ALL COSTS!!

  Buyer BEWARE!!! Do not go to this dealer!!! Read the reviews!! They not only sold others but sold me a lemon that broke down 2 months later!!! Bad engine! They do nothing to help you and leave you stuck!! I wish I read all the bad reviews before walking in this place! Please do yourself a favor *** go somewhere else or youll be sorry

  Dishonest, bald face liars. "All our cars come with Lojack". Is that included in the price "Yes". This was either a complete lie or it's how the new sales rep was trained. A front tire actually went flat while we were waiting for them to work up their deal, assumed we picked up a nail or something. They said they'd fix it. All they did was put air in it. And I think they even changed the tires out when they took it back because we had to take the car to our shop the next day to get that tire patched, and they tell us we would need tires next oil change and brakes in two oil changes. After starting out in high double digit interest rates and 84 months terms, we apologized and said we can't afford that and got up to leave. After "making calls" and "checking with managers", they magically got the interest rate and term down to match my excellent credit rating. We bought the car and stupidly took their word that the document would be emailed. It was late and we came from out of state. After calling for days to get the paperwork, it finally comes. It showed $1900 for Lojack along with over $1000 "administration fee". So they just called their loan contact and got them to lower the rates to where they still make their money.

  Sold me a $3,000 warranty with my car purchase in July 2022. I later find out that they canceled the warranty contract without my permission on the same day I purchased it, received a refund from the warranty company a month later in September 2022,and it has been almost a year and they still have not refunded my finance company. Im accumulating interest on the $3,000 that they have received and not refunded back to me. Please beware and read all comments before you trust these SCAMMERS!!!!!!

  The most unprofessional business of any kind I have ever dealth with. They play the Georgia law that, basically holds the dealership blameless once the buyer has completed the buy. Let the "Buyer Beware" is all I can tell you. You can't trust the CARFAX, the employees, nor the management. They all say anything to make the sale and stand by nothing. An almost $55,000 automobile with no extra key, delivered like someone had used a water hose to rinse it off, but the worst thing is delivering a car with two front tires that tread wear wise showed what the CARFAX said, about ***** miles on them, however the inside of the tires were worn to the wire. Upon leaving the dealership, I made it as far as *********** before the left front tire blew. I was able to make it to a ******* automotive where the technician examined the tire and told me what had happened. He took pictures of tires. In addition, he said the right front tire was equally damaged. Autonomous response was too bad. Left me and my partner stranded 200 miles from home. They had our trade in and we had nothing. I rented a car because a Autonomous person told me I would be reimbursed, AUTONOMOUS picked up the car, replaced four tires (not with run flat which is required on this car, but did replace them). Refused to reimburse for rental car ($950), spare key (which will cost me $800), still waiting for corrected paperwork of sale to register the car because the wrong names were on the original paperwork and a month of aggravation. If you do decide to purchase from this company; expect nothing and you'll get nothing except being called a liar and other deragatory comments. If there was room on this site to provide full details, it would take three single page, type written pages at least. An absolutely awful business..do yourself a favor and stay away from them and visit a reputable business who stand by their product and treat customers with at least a little respect.
