              I was a water delivery customer. We moved in March, 2021 and discontinued service at that time. At that time, we had 5 empty bottles which were picked up by Culligan. We were entitled to receive bottle deposit refunds for the 5 bottles. I provided Culligan with our new address to mail the refund payment. Culligan mailed the check to our prior address and admitted they made a mistake mailing the check. I asked for a check to be reissued to our correct address since I never received the check mailed to the wrong address. This has been since May, 2021 and I have still not received the refund of approximately $50.00 despite repeated attempts and contact with the company, all recent correspondence has gone unanswered. I would like the refund we are entitled to for the bottle deposits.

              After waiting all day for a morning appointment that was changed to between **** then 3-5, I was charged $140 for time mostly spent writing up estimates. I put my water softener system in bypass mode the week prior when the motor would not shut off and called to schedule a service appointment. When the technician arrived, I opened the control panel to show him a part that fell off. He used his cell phone light to shine behind one of the tanks to show the water level. The water softener was never turned on or tested and nothing on it was touched. I received a quote for repairs and an estimate for a new water softener system. When I complained about paying $140 to have estimates written (which would be waived if I purchased a new system) the technician called someone at Culligan and they offered a 10% discount on a new system. Im my opinion, this was a sales appointment, not a service call. Needless to say, I will never do business with Culligan again.
