      THIS COMPANY IS HORRIBLE. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE IVE ENCOUNTERED. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM. DROPPED AND PAID FOR MY EQUIPMENT ALMOST A MONTH AGO AND NEVER RECEIVED ANY UPDATES VIA EMAIL AFTER I'VE BEEN EMAILING THEM 4 TIMES. THEIR POLICY FOR EMAILS ARE TO BE RESPONDED IN 48 HOURS. I CALL THEM AND THEY GIVE ME AN ATTITUDE FOR CALLING. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM

      This place is a NO GO!! Do NOT take anything there!! My son needed his DJ board repaired and this shop was referred to by **********. We had to drive from ********** ** to this place in Georgia. It was dropped off in April of 2023 with the promise of it being fixed within a few weeks. Fast forward to yesterday (Sept 12, 2023). We drove down to this place and told him we wanted the board back. He told us we had to have an appointment. We let him know that is pretty hard to do when he doesn't answer the phone and his voicemail is full. He also doesn't respond to emails (of which my son had proof). I told him I was calling the police when he refused to give us our property and he told me the police were just called there yesterday for the same thing!!! After ALOT of ranting, he finally gave us our board back. This place needs shut down immediately!! Before he conceded to giving the board back, we did call the police and the officer told us they get calls to this place all the time. STAY AWAY from this place!!!!!! Side note....we let Sweetwater know about this place and they took care of my son immediately!

      Absolutely do not come here. This shop should not be a ******/Fender certified repair center.They charged me $70 for a drop off fee and didn't fix my amp or communicate with me for two months. They did not answer any of my emails and I could only get them on the phone twice after weeks of calling them. I walked in to pick up my amp and the manager refused to give it back stating "I needed an appointment through email." I (as courteously as possible) tried to explain I have been emailing and calling frequently for weeks with no response to which he called me a liar among other verbally abusive names. I tried to explain I didn't expect it to be fixed- I just needed my property back and he refused to give it to **** finally got my still-broken amp back after multiple visits and he did not offer to give me a $70 refund for the service he promised to provide. I would love to hear from Pro Audio Video Plus about my experience, and will consider changing my review if they offer me a full refund. Attached is an image of the terms and conditions of my receipt (and my ticket #) just so everyone who looks here can be aware ahead of time.^That is my review on ******* but I want to further stress that Pro Audio Video Plus is a scam operation. They more than likely will not repair your gear that you drop off. I have submitted a complaint to the ****************, ******, Fender, and the secretary of ******* as well. They need to be shut down asap. I hope this helps someone, thanks for reading.

      In January 2023, I sent a RANE Hal3s Processor to Pro Audio for repair. This was a **************************** from inMusic who represents RANE. I was given a Repair Ticket #******** for which I was required to provide $70. This was paid by Credit Card. Never heard from them as I continued to call and Email for the status of this repair. This continued for many months and if I ever had someone pickup the phone, (*****) he would yell at me and tell me to email. This continued month after month. I sent a letter early in July and still no reply. Today (7/18/2023) this ***************** answered the phone telling me to email again. I told him no more and I want the un-repaired item back. He hung up and sent a new invoice for $106.17-$70.00=$36.17 so he can send this back. This guy is pulling another fast one. Need to close this business down!!!!!!Sent from **********

      I sent in a pioneer mixer for repair , pioneer has them as an authorized repair center so I thought this was a safe option, they have now had the unit 8 months!! , The first few times i called it was parts are on back order, same thing the second time , this last time i called I got some jerk on the phone who was really not interested in helping at all , He said they only look up order with the ticket number, I said hold on and i will get it, then the a**** goes silent , I try to call them back and now they won't answer the phone . If they can't fix it fine just send it back at this point its looking like a complete mess and I may never get it back m I'm definitely going to look into legal action as this unit was $2000 retail ,

      Has had my unit since November 2021 (well over a year ago). The only update that I've received is when I have called and was told that a part was on order. I called recently and was told that they were on lunch and that I would receive a call back after the lunch break. I never received a call back. I called again a few days later and was told that I would receive a call back once they had an update on my unit. I asked how long should I wait before I call back again to check on the progress. I was told again that they would reach out to me when they had an update. I then said that well if I don't hear from you in the next six months should I give you a call? The lady on the phone said that I was just being difficult (I wasn't being difficult...I was just trying to see exactly how patient should I be. I mean, do I have to wait another fifteen months?

      Has had my unit for 3 months, will not return phone calls (3) , or emails (6) and wont return my $1000 Denon unit. Im contacting police and attorney as they are essentially stealing. If you want to lose your electronics this is the place to go.
