      Im filing a complaint against Insurance Hub because Im the owner of a box truck theyre insuring under YBE LOGISTICS LLC, MC #*******. *********************** is leasing my truck. Recently, I learned that Insurance Hub is insuring my truck, for only $52,577 when it was financed for $77,314.80. Also, Im not an Additional Insured on the policy, nor is my lender the Loss Payee. An Insurance Agent explained the severity of the situation: if the truck was totaled today, the check wouldnt go to my Lender, since theyre not listed as the Loss Payee. The $52,577 check would go directly to ****. On November 21, 2023, I called Insurance Hub and spoke with *************************** to correct this issue. In total, I sent her my lienholders information, my Amendment to Installment Payments, showing the financed amount of $77,314.80, and a copy of the lease I have with ***********************. ********* said shed update the value of the truck, add me as an additional insured, and my lender as loss payee, and provide me with a copy of the insurance. It hasnt been done and my phone calls, voicemails, and emails go unanswered and unreturned.On December 6, 2023, I spoke with her Supervisor, ******. She said she was going to contact **** herself, the following morning, and call me back the next morning. I havent heard from her. I called her yesterday, 12/13/23, and left a voicemail. After the fact, I purchased ************************** which ********* asked for a copy of. She then told me that **** wasnt technically responsible for physical damage insurance and if his drivers had an accident in my truck, and its not under a load, that he doesnt have to use his policy. ****** told me multiple policies can be issued for a truck. Id prefer **** have his own physical damage policy. However, its been 3 weeks and Insurance Hub hasnt added me to the policy as an Additional Insured, nor my Lender, as the Loss Payee, or updated the value to $77,314.80.

      The date is September 29 2023 and the amount is $1695 plus an additional $180 that was paid to agent that was never paid to Clear Blue for insurance premium that was canceled because of their incompetence. Insurancehub took money from me for insurance that they said that they paid to Clear Blue $180 but I receive no documentation that the money was given to Clear Blue. Also a months' insurance premium of $1695 should have been refunded back to me but Insurancehub has taken the money and held on to it and does not want to return it to me and the money is not the property of Insurancehub. I was told by a manager at Insurancehub that they will be sending me $1500 and that is not what I paid and that is not what they received from the finance company and/or from Clear Blue. Insurancehub have ignored my many calls, the voice messages and have not returned one call. Finally when I got the manager on the line, she told me that she wants to verify my address. The same address that was used to collect the money and the fact that the money should never have been sent to Insurancehub because they were not the company that paid the money. It was my company and the money should have been refunded to me. So now the dishonest Insurancehub is holding on to my money and do not want to send it to me. Each time I call I keep hearing that they will send it out but they never do. And they have sent me no confirmation about the money that I paid. They are incompetent and that is why Clear Blue does not want to do business with them and canceled my policy. They take customer's money without providing the necessary service and when there is a refund they hold on to it. I want all the money that I paid to be sent back to me

      I contacted an insurance agent named ******* to get commercial insurance for our trucking business. Our insurance needed to be renewed by September 1st, so we wanted to shop around for policies. We contacted him August 28th. He sent over a policy on August 30th. We signed the documents using electronic signatures for the policy. We gave him the credit card information and told him we would compare it to our other offers. He told us they wouldn't take payment until we signed the documents for payments. I sent a screenshot of that message. They took the payment off the card without our signature or authorization. We ended staying with our current policy with Progressive. When we noticed the unauthorized transaction we contacted *******. He said it would take a few days to receive a refund. Over 2 weeks past. We just received a refund check for $821.79. They charged us almost $2,000 for insurance we never used and a policy that should've never been started.
