Extremely unprofessional! I booked a touchup from her twice, paid almost $400 in advance and both times she was unavailable at the scheduled appointment time. The first time she wasnt home, claims her assistant (who I really think is just her) didnt put the appointment down. I waited in her driveway for 3 hours before she finally came home. The second time I booked with her directly and again she wasnt available, she double booked! And I had to wait another day and drive another two hours to get my hair done! EXTREMELY UNPROFESSIONAL! And to make things worse I just discovered she blocked me. She blocked me because she took my money and couldnt keep the promise of our appointment time!

I recently had a very bad experience with ******** at GVHC. Heres what happened, I booked my appt for July, and drove a little over 3 1/2hrs to get Ombr Bohemian locs. My appt was at 9:30am tentatively and per the stylists rules, if you do not send your ETA before you arrive at her home, your appointment will be canceled. Whelp.On the morning of my appt , she double booked herself -with someone who needed a loc retouch ..and was surprised by the other girl showing up because she didnt receive her ETA..but instead of cancelling her appointment, she made me wait for 1hr after my scheduled appt (knowing I had traveled) -which made me agitated from the beginning. On top of that, I sent pictures of the style I desired, and the color and size were both not what I wanted. I expressed this to her via text after I left hoping she would try to make things better being that I paid over $900 for the service. But instead she texted back a very defensive response and stated that she would be removing herself as my stylist. I quickly responded that after my experience, I removed myself! I just dont understand how someone like her can charge so much for a service, and then not appreciate every person whos patronizing her business. In addition to all is that, there are locs that are unraveling and my hair isnt a week old. Dont let the ** pics fool you into thinking her work is impeccable, bc its not. Search for other stylist with great customer service reviews!

If I could give zero stars I definitely would! The style didnt even last a night it started unraveling as soon as I got home. The locks were sticking together and she constantly put her scented water on it. She didnt even take a picture of my hair when she finished. Number one red flag all stylist take pictures of their clients hair when they know they did a good job. My hair is dyed ***** and I wanted black locs she literally told me if yo start to see ***** just try to pull the hair up to cover it. It was very difficult taking the raggedy locks out cut a couple strands of my real hair during the process because the hair was so tangled. Shes definitely a SCAMMER definitely BAD VIBES she wants you to pay so much money upfront because she knows she cant deliver what shes promoting. She ***** sage and has crystals but is all a facade shes a misleading individual. Do not waste your money at this establishment. Its not worth it! FYI I dont think she has assistant shes lying its just her.
