I took my vehicle to get a wash at Mr. ********************** Carwash 988 ************** in *************, ******* on Friday, October 6th. I realized as I was leaving the car wash that my left sideview mirror was partially unhinged from the base. I noticed this and I went to speak to the manager whom was working (*******************) and let him know what occurred during the carwash. *** proceeded to say that this happens to some vehicles and all they usally do is hit it back in place as he proceeded to bang the mirror back down into place. Upon realizing he was unable to do so he began to hit it from the bottom which did cause more damage to the base on the left sideview mirror. I asked *** what can be done about this and he proceeded to ask me if I prefer a clean car inside or outside? I told him I prefer my sideview mirror back to the way it was prior to arrival. *** mentioned that if he was to write a report that it will be denied because there are back of the mirror. I told him that I still wanted to write the issue up and as he did I was told that I will be contacted about the matter. The weekend went by and as I didn't receive a phone call I called on Monday, October 9 to follow up. I left a voicemail and never received a phone call, so I called early morning Tuesday, October 10th and spoke to the manager who was ******************* again and told him that nobody reached out to me even after I left a voicemail, he said he will have the higher manager call me. I received a phone call a few minutes later from ******************************* and he explained to me that they will not take responsibility of this occurring. I told them I will be in contact with the registered agent and will be filing in small claims court.
