There was an issue in my home that was created by a shower remodel. This particular company hired Belford to fix and restore my property. Belfor sent out **** to my home to assess the situation. At first **** seemed great! But over the course of several months not only did I have to get the service manger of the company that hired them involved, but my husband also had to put his foot down with **** due to the lack of cummunication and the expectation that they could show at the house with no warning. Not to mention that **** would ignore our request for information. Needless to say, it took 4 months to get my home back in order. Part of this reason is because of the total laziness of ****, we opted to do our bathroom floor ourself.. here is where the issues lies.. since October, I have been waiting for the compensation, that was promised to us, that I have proof of, so that we can proceed with finishing the bathroom floor. **** is no longer responding to me. This is considered theft, per a lawyers advice. Did to Dougs lack of communication and promptness, we might now have to pull up the underfloor in our bathroom. He has stolen OUR money that were supposed to have gotten for the floor!!! This needs to get resolved as I am tired of waiting
