I've contacted *********** in regard to a late payment that they say I've accrued in 2023. I've always paid my bill on time which i told them. I also told them the payment not paid due to ho loss and *****. It was an unforseen circumstance. The company keeps saying there is nothing they can do or will do. I'mnot seeking any payment or recoveryfor this period at this time. I just want this problem fixed before it ******* my life any further. I have put a change of address in with **** to the address that I've moved to. I've told them that I didn't receive any mail from them pertaining to a payment being due or pass due because of how I set up the bill to be paid on the due day of every month it was due through my auto pay. I've talked to representatives that were promising me that they were going to remove the late payment of I pay for the next 12 months it will get better. That is not the resolutioni can acceptright now, and it hasn't been removed.Business response

We have conducted research of the allegations in complaint ********. Our records indicate that we tried to contact the consumer numerous times through various channels including email. The consumer did not respond to any of our attempts. Payments were set up to automatically post when received;however, no payment has been received since September 15, 2023. We have had recent contact with the consumer and have advised that a credit disability claim may be available; however, the consumer must complete the appropriate paperwork. As the error in payments being received timely is not on the credit union, we will not adjust any credit reporting information. Our procedures were followed when we attempted to communicate through various methods. We do not rely on one sole form of communication.
