I contracted with ***************************** from Under One Roof LLC to resurface the flooring on my back porch - approx. 340 ft. - on 8/26/2020. He took my deposit and scheduled a start date of October 10,2020. After numerous (6) missed appointments to perform the work with no calls to reschedule, the work finally got done on 10/1/2020 where ****** and his son arrived (late) at 7:30 pm to start the work. It had grown dark and moths were sticking to the floor due to the porch and flood lights they were using to see. They returned to remove the bugs and touch up an area that had been damaged during installation. ******** son come out by himself -he was an apprentice) to make the repair and the floor never dried, rather became very sticky. ****** came out weeks later to resend and reapply the flakes and coating. In June of 2021, I called ****** due to milky spots appear in the coating. He replied that he would order some light sandpaper and sand and refinish. He finally came out to look in in November -5 monts later - (following my negative post on ******** admitted that the chemical was not mixed properly and would order a better product and be back in two weeks. No show again. Since that time, we have been scheduled for resurfacing but no cancellation call or appearance from anyone at Under One Roof on 6 additional occasions.I am seeking to get the work done correctly but have no faith in ****** or his work so i am asking for a total refund of $1812.50 for the cost I incurred for a job poorly done, inferior products, and the aggravation of trying to work with ****** Startling.I have all text messages exchanges between ****** and my self as this was the only form of communication he would use and will provide if necessary. I have attached billing docs showing that I paid for this service and pictures of what the finished product has looked like for some time now and still today. I would appreciate your intervention before I turn to litigation.Best Regards,SteveWiegad
