We moved with Two Men and a Truck on 5/27/23. The movers wrapped our ************************** mattress with a mattress sleeve, and also a King sized Original Mattress Factory mattress with a plastic sleeve. We purchased full coverage valuation for the move and provided a detailed damage claim report as required.. Although both king ********** had mattress sleeves from the movers as reflected on the bill of laden, they were only partially wrapped and the wrapping had been damaged/torn during the move. The wrapping at the bottom of each mattress was either damaged/torn, or not covered at all. One week from the date of damage, the ********** were still wet from water absorbed in the mattress. Staining and water lines can clearly be seen in the photos attached to the claim document submitted. No attempt or effort was made to protect the ********** with the rainy/wet conditions present during the move.Both ********** will need to be removed from their present location, disposed of due to the potential of mold growth, and replaced at current replacement value. Quotes for both king ********** were attached, as well as photos of both showing the ~8 water absorption marks where the ********** sat on the wet concrete unprotected.We have made multiple attempts to contact Two Men and a Truck with little communication and no resolution to date. Two Men escalated to a CSR in **************; however, that person has yet to provide compensation for replacement of both **********. She did state that they were going to attempt to clean them; however, after speaking with both Tempurpedic and the Original Mattress Factory, both mattress warranties are void. We are seeking full replacement value (quotes were provided for replacement of identical **********) as was in the contract we signed with full valuation with Two Men and a Truck.
