      I took my dog to stay for boarding because I was leaving for vacation at pet suites Lawrenceville . I took him in perfect conditions and took him to the vet 3 weeks prior . They vaccinated him from parasites , rabies , and said he was at good weight and had no problem . I paid for them to take him outside and I checked the cameras and never saw they took him outside . After two days of leaving him , they called me on the phone and said that my dog had an accident to his nose that was caused by a door . My dog has 4 years and has never moved anything such as doors with his nose . At the third day they called to say that my dog is sick . That he has something in the stomach and that they would send him to the vet . The vet called me that the dog seems to have fought with another dog . The fifth day they called me to say they put my dog in quarantine because he might have rabies and when I went to pick him up they charged $620 when I had already paid another amount and they said to take him as soon as possible because they dont want to see him or me there . They told me my dog didnt have any vaccine but when I put him in there they asked for all his vaccine shots which I provided . I need a solution for this because my dog is very sick and weak . Thank you and please help me find a solution so this doesnt happen to other pets

      I boarded my French Bulldog at this facility back in January 2023. I received a call on January 14 from the facility manager telling me that my dog had been outside playing but now he has a noticeable limp. I pick him up and he cant put any weight on his front right leg. I take him to an emergency vet and they find out through X-rays that his leg is broken. He had surgery on January 27. It is now May and I cant get anyone to respond to phone calls, texts or emails. Initially I was assured that his bills would be taken care of through the facility insurance. It has not. I have taken his bills and drs notes from his procedure to the facility the same day that they were requested and nothing has been done. I havent even had an update. My dog is a part of my family and I am disappointed in how this being handled.
