      I placed an order on 10-25-22 for 2 items totaling $41.92. On 11-1-22 I got notification that the items were sent. On 11-16-22 I wrote to them asking for a status update, which they replied stock was behind and should be sent shortly. I received the items on 11-25-22 but did not open the packaging because the intended recipient advised me they would not use the product. On the website it indicates you have to email them to get the return information, which I did on 12-2-22 and received a response the same day. Within that email it stated Once the item is returned we can process the refund for your order. I sent the items back via **** which was delivered to them on 12-9-22. On 12-15-22 I asked for a status update. They responded the same day asking for proof of return, to which I sent them a photo the the **** tracking receipt and screenshot that it was delivered to them. They again responded the same day acknowledging receipt and said they would get back to me to tell me when I can expect my refund. I have since written to them on 12-19-22, 12-21-22 and 12-27-22 and have not received one response since. I also also opened a dispute with my bank at this time. To date, I have not received any updates from BarkBadge for when I should expect my money back (my bank also has not advised of any update either at this time).

      On Sept 28, 2022 I ordered 3 badges from Bark Badge. My total was $62.89. They "created a shipping label" a few days later, but nothing ever shipped. I contacted the company and was told they were overwhelmed with orders and would get it out to me soon. I contacted them again...no response. I contacted them a 3rd time, no response but they created a new shipping label on Oct 10....but nothing has shipped. I've contacted them several additional times asking for a refund...no response. I'm assuming this company is fraudulent.

      In early November I purchased an item that I never received. I have made several attempts to try and resolve this issue with customer service, but have only received silence from them. I want either my money back or the item I purchased.

      This business claims on their website they will replace their dog tags, I have reached out for over 2 months via email where they initially told me to purchase the tag and they would refund 50%of the cost which is NOT stated on their website they state you only pay for shipping, when prompted they stopped responding, so I messaged them over Instagram where they asked for my order number and assured me it was taken care of 100%. When I reached out again saying I assume this is all done, they stopped replying when I comment on their social media they will respond to my DM but not resolve my concern. After not responding again I reached out and and they then told me to email them. (The same department I started with). I have since had to wait over 2 months, and had to buy another dog tag out of pocket because my dog did not have one. I have reached out over TEN times. At this point I think they should be sending the replacement and as well as paying for the shipping themselves. I have screen shots of all messages where they have stopped responding to me. If I comment on their social media they simply delete it but wont resolve my issue.

      I purchased a passive GPS dog tag on 8/22/22, it shipped on 9/2/22 and I received it on 9/9/22. After trying it in different locations I determined that it did not work for what I was expecting, sometimes the scans were off by over 250 miles. I was within the return window per the companys website, so I followed the steps and reached out to them for a return. They sent me a few emails trying to troubleshoot, which I followed until it got to the point where the steps wouldnt be reasonable Im a real life situation. A couple of my emails were also ignored. Throughout the entire conversation, I asked to return the tag 6 times and not once did they ever even acknowledge that I was asking to return the item. They have stopped returning my emails. I tried reaching out to them on their Instagram page as well and was blocked. I followed their process to request a return. I was still in the return window, yet they repeatedly and completely ignored by return requests sticking me with a product that I dont want and essentially stealing my money. Ive attached screenshots of the credit card charge and can provide the emails if needed. Thank you!
