I paid *** ***** of Paradise Pools $6875 on 6/24/2024 for a pool liner install, a leveling of a corner, a salt system install, and steps. He installed the steps and has since disappeared and will not respond to text or phone calls. He has left some equipment at the pool. I would like a refund for services not rendered.Initial Complaint

3/25/24 met with ***************** to discuss construction of stairs in pool and a new liner. He brought paperwork and a catalog for my liner choices. I paid a 50% deposit of $4,494.5/3/24 I asked for my deposit back after he was unresponsive and didnt show up. I read reviews online speaking of him ghosting clients and stealing their deposits. Discovered he got arrested for theft 4/11/24. He couldnt provide me with proof of insurance or licensing. No longer trusted him. Filed a police report against him. He said he would return my money, but it has been a month since he said that and he will not respond to my text messages. I have received no refund.
