I purchased a sweater from ****** Fashion aka Alpaca Mall. I requested to return it for an exchange. I follow their instructions to the letter. They received my return on Dec. 22. They claim I would get a response in 3 days. I have not. I've called and left messages and have sent countless emails and have responded to them online. No call, no text, no email. They have my money and the sweater.Initial Complaint

I ordered a sweater March 1, 2022. It did not fit properly so I began the process of requesting an exchange. Over several weeks I was advised that an exchange could be processed. I shipped the article and provided them with the tracking number and a screen shot that it was delivered. In addition, I have requested an exchange for another sweater and an additional item that would require a slightly larger payment from me.They said they could not find the tracking documentation and have stopped communicating. They have the sweater I purchased and have issued no refund or offer of exchange. I would like for either of these to take place.Initial Complaint

I started trying to contact the company first of January of 2021 until September 2021 I have called and tried to make contact on their Web sight. When I did contact someone they told me to send the items back and I would receive a store credit. They told me to send it by *** and keep my receipt from ***. As I tried to make contact again to report my tracking number but have not been about to get anyone to return my calls or email. I have my Receipt here in front of me. The phone number is ************** but the message say they will get back with me within a few days! On their web place, they ask what the reason for my contacting them, so I click on credit.Initial Complaint

Transaction Date 11/28/21. From Alpaca Mall order # ****** ordered three items recieved two correct and the third was the wrong item contacted ***************************** and I sent them pictures of the items that I recived and the email that show the tracking #TBA084814725504 from Amazon Logistics ***************************** response was that they don't sell that type of item she showed me the shipment information saying that evrythin was correct that they sent the correct item but I got the wrong item. they sell their products on Amazon and the item that I recieved is sold from Amazon too, the Brand is Tracksuit it is a purple sweater and pant styleLJ200 *********** in China RN#****** they could have made a mistake but she keep saying that they dont sell that brand. the Item I ordered is a Dark **** Melange Alpaca Cardigan-Rainbow Sweater. I lost $54 Dollars.
