Product was delivered damaged, dysfunctional, and with missing parts. Vendor stalled and offered $30, then $100 which doesnt even cover the shipping let alone the missing parts and the fact that the product does not work as promised. Theyve continued to stall on Amazon and offer inadequate compensation, theyve now wasted too much of my time and are displaying unethical behavior to the point that Im seeking a 100% refund plus the shipping charges. I also want other consumers to be warmed against doing business with this company.Initial Complaint

I purchased a rocker/recliner heated massage chair on 9/5/23. I received a base, back and 2 left pieces. After contacting the seller on 9/9 with this problem, they sent me another back and another left piece on 9/14. After making them aware of this same problem, including pictures of the huge boxes of useless furniture pieces in my home, they assured me again that they'd send me the right piece. They also suggested that I dispose of the useless furniture parts 'in any way that was convenient for' me and I wasn't expected to return any of the pieces to them. I found that to be extremely irresponsible for the environment, because they couldn't be donated to anyone. I also requested that they send me an additional base and right piece so I could have a second chair to compensate for the inconvenience and avoid putting the extra parts in a landfill. This request was ignored and I received a third chair back and fourth left piece. After contacting them again on 9/22, I was told on 9/23 that the batch of right pieces were faulty & I'd have to wait 2 months for the right piece. My request for the additional base & right piece again went unacknowledged.Initial Complaint

In Feb 23 my wife bought me a homrest chair from Amazon. The chair was defective , the gas cylinder that holds the chair up deflates ***** times a day. when I called homrest they told me they could not help me and I had to call a different number. Nobody ever answered that number and Nobody at there main number would help me. Frustrated I filed a complaint with the ct attorney general against Amazon it was over a month to get a response. So they wanted an order number, after a month or so of telling me the order number did not exist, they said oh yeah wait. We found it. But. We are not going to refund your money, you waited too long, when it was homrest and Amazon causing the delay. Undaunted, I called Amazon and got someone to verbally agree to refund my money, and they did not need a return, so I took the chair to a donation bin. But, Amazon did not refund me. So I called again and pressed the issue further, and homrest has now demanded pictures to do anything. By the way, I am not certain how you take a picture of a defect like the gas cylinder seal without taking it apart. Anyway, last night I went back to the bin, and the chair was still there,. So I grabbed it and brought it back home and I will be taking the pictures they want that won't tell them anything anyway. I am upset that the people near the bin probably thi k I am a dumpster diver. It is ridiculous to expect someone to keep a broken chair for 7 months. Anyway I just want my money back.
