This business was paid $15,000 to replace my roof and stated that there was a 5 year warranty. I have had to call them several times to fix shingles that continue to not stay in place. I have contacted this business and was told i would receive a call back and i havent . I want my roof completely inspected and repaired properly or some of the money back to have someone else do the job.Initial Complaint

I had roofing installation done by Atlanta United Roofing Llc back in 2018. I never provided me with a **** of sales, invoice or warranty until 1/24/22 and thats after I made multiple complaints about never receiving it and that my roof was leaking. After coming out to inspect they claim my roof is not leaking but instead a chimney leak. Ive had a plumber check for leaks, a roofer check the roof behind then and a chimney company who all agreed with me that its improper install of the roof, gaps and holes in roof and not being sealed properly. The company only wanted to seal around the chimney which is not the issue. I have written documentation from the plumber, pictures from the roofing company as well as an invoice from the chimney company proving that is not leaking. The company stopped responding to me and refused to fix the issue even though its still under warranty. They refused to provide me the warranty until last month after 3 1/2 years. A warranty that was altered and made to try to discredit my claim. All of a sudden now that they have documentation from the chimney company showing the chimney isnt leaking they have not responded to my emails, my phone calls and or my text messages. My wall in my bedroom continues to get water damage because the roof is leaking as well as theres mold in my baseboard as well as the insulation in my atticBusiness response

Hello,
I have tried to reach the roofing company on numerous occasions just to give me the run around, call me to threaten me of a lawsuit if I contact them again because there is noting wrong with my roof. The air quality in my home is poor due to mold, I have not slept in my room in months, came out of my pocket to check plumbing, chimney company and ultimately had to get another roofer to fix the roof but I still have a damaged bathroom, mold in my bedroom walls, floor, and ceiling as well as my attic. I received a miss call today after the bbb contacted the roofing company but they left no message and told me not to contact them again or they are suing me for harassment and defamation. I have proof of everything in writing if needed.
