Legacy Family Roofing replaced my roof this past January. My roof had sustained damage from hail and age. I found their office personnel courteous and professional. It was a pleasant experience working with Michael V. Who walked me through the whole process. Then he worked with my insurance agent to have my roof replaced. I happily give Legacy Family Roofing a five star rating and a big thumbs up. They did everything they promised to do. I especially appreciate the respect the crew gave to my property. I rarely write reviews online because most companies don't do anything special or go above and beyond what was expected of them. However, this company is different. I like that this company is owned and operated by a minority female. This is very unusual in the male-dominated industry. The owner, Melody, and her husband, Michael, really earned my trust. My home had a roof leak due to a recent storm surge. Instead of temporarily repairing it, they gave me a brand new roof, and it only cost me my insurance deductible, which was nothing compared to the cost of the roof. It was surprisingly fast and easy, and I had a designer roof installed in a matter of days. I wish all of my home improvements and repairs were this painless. Also, without feeling any pressure, they gave me several open opportunities to sponsor the community outreach ministries they provide, which include free hot meals, showers, clothing, and rapid-build housing for homeless senior citizens and military veterans in Atlanta. I ended up volunteering at some of the events as well as sponsoring a middle school child who needed help with school supplies and clothes. A lot of companies say they "give back," but these people actually do the work. Without any reservation, I continue to recommend Legacy Family Roofing more than any other construction company I have ever worked with. They did not pay me to write this. It is my honor and privilege to share my experience because I want them to grow so they can inspire other companies to treat people the way they want to be treated, to do quality work, and then give to those who can't give them anything in return.
