Dear Valued Customers,
Please be advised that effective May 22, 2023, the servicing of the account
referenced above will be transferred from U.S. Auto Finance, Inc ("US
Auto") to Westlake Portfolio Management, LLC (“Westlake”). Starting from the
effective date, Westlake will service your account and all future payments
should be remitted to Westlake. This transfer does not affect any of the terms,
conditions or obligations of your contract other than who services your
account.
Westlake will be contacting you regarding this transfer.
Should you have any questions or concerns, you may contact Westlake’s
Customer Service: (888) 239-0153, Mon - Fri 5 AM - 9 PM, Sat 5 AM - 2 PM,

In the event your account payments were set up with automatic ACH, as of
May 21, 2023, these payments will no longer be processed. You may make
