I had got a Kia suv from us auto sale I had the truck 8 months so the truck just start messsing up the motor went out some they said about my vale so I start to call the us auto sale cause I just had gave them 540 for the month of march and so they come to tell me the company is close and they went and bankrupt so I start telling them I was paying for a warranty they said call the warranty number I call them. They told me they not accepting no us auto sale cars so I am like what is I am paying a warranty for so they wouldn’t accept the truck they wanted me to pay 7000 to get it fix which it was a recall on the motor they never fix it I told them I can’t afford 7000 to get the truck fix still pay 540 car note and they couldn’t give me a rental to get to work cause they said they don’t have any cars cause it was close so I am like what do y’all really want me to do I can’t afford all that n catch Uber and Lyft to work like I am not rich I am just trying to make it n pay my bills I has always kept my truck note payment up so the truck was and the Kia dealership and Duluth ga I ask them what should I do nobody could help me n I was asking everybody for help my house had caught on fire so then I was homeless with no house a car I had just gave my last to broke down n I couldn’t get nobody to help me so at that point I didn’t have money or nothing to fall back on cause I just had paid my bills so I was broke I had to call Red Cross to try to help me with finding a place to stay and now they put it on my credit report I Am just asking now That I want this to be remove off my credit because it not my fault the business with out and then they didn’t reach out to me I didn’t know about that into my truck motor went out and I just start finding out all kind of information about them and I don’t know y they sold me a bad truck knowing they was closing n 7 to 8 months I just need to truck off my credit the person who on it now is Wakefield and associateReview from Nasheema G

This place is terrible. They sold me a faulty car and did nothing about it to help me a year later. Im stuck with this car and a car payment then they have the nerve to close now. I dont know what to do at this point.Review from Christy D

Bought a $10,000.00 used truck from thee sales manager online. Was told nothing was wrong with it. They even delivered it to outta state to *********. However, there's $4000.00 worth of work from wheelbearings to the store harness being junk. Very very disappointedReview from Cynthia H

They sold my contract to a debt collector not even and establish financial institution. I didn't know about ***************************** until they popped up on my credit report. Then they came and took my car even while making payments. This is unfair to struggling families. Something needs to be done. I don't appreciate my information got bought without my permission or consent. Now I'm out of a car and making payments. I wNt a refund. HonestlyReview from Melissa M

If I could give this place 0 stars I would. *** had my car for almost three years! I didnt get no notifications that they were going out of business until I got the call and letter from the new company taking over. I called them today to ask the pay off quote and they tell me *****!! No way! That is insane I still owe that much. They said I was doing a 3 years of payments. Not 6 years! It deeply troubles me to see how they took advantage of her, and I believe you should be aware of the situation.***** visited Always Away Auto to purchase a car, and she purchased vehicle from for ********* yesterday an found the very same vehicle same Vin# listed for $9,999. However, during the transaction, the situation took a distressing turn. The salespeople at the dealership insisted that her $5,000 in cash was locked up in their safe and couldn't be retrieved. They practically strong-armed her into purchasing the car, leaving her with no choice but to buy from them.This kind of behavior is unacceptable and unethical. It's crucial to support our friend ***** during this difficult time and ensure that *********** Auto of ****** ***** is held accountable for their actions. If I could I would give them no stars.. Purchased my vehicle back in Sept of 2021 From the *****.. I was up to date with all my payments before they shut down. THEN WHEN ******** PROFILO TAKES OVER MY BALANCE GO'S ALL THE WAY BACK UP TO WHAT I PURCHASED THE VEHICLE FOR.. THERE HAS TO BE SOMETHING WE CAN DO ABOUT.. THEN LAST TUESDAY THEY COME AND REPO MY VEHICLE.
