We signed our dog up for their on-site 4-week training program to teach him advanced commands. The services provided meant he would receive proper care, food (that we provided), baths, trips to the store, socialized around other people, dogs, etc., and that only a normal collar would be used. Later, we picked him up & the trainer told us our dog was ready to go and for us to just continue reinforcing the commands he taught him once home. When he got him home, we noticed many things wrong, but the major issue is that he was aggressive beyond belief. It is as if they trained him to fight and attack instead. On day two of being back home, we took him out in public with disastrous results. Our dog bit a man and then two days later bit our son. We are now being sued. I contacted the owner after each event and was told we'd receive a refund. He has yet to refund our money and it has been months. I even offered him a payment plan to pay it back. He has not.
