I have used many contractors over a 25 years span. I can say, without hesitation, that this contractor is simply the best! He renovated and redesigned, an entire house for me while I was 1200 miles away in NY….Effective, Efficient, Creative, Resourceful, and Honest.Review from David S

This gentleman came to my home on February 15,2023 to give me an estimate of replacing floor joists. First he didn’t go under the home and mention he would be back with his carpenter the same day. We didn’t hear from him with a call nor another visit. I felt that he isn’t a reliable business nor a professional contractor . I would not refer nor use him for any of my remodeling. Therefore, you should be aware because of his manner of business since he’s listed on your website.

I was contacted by ***** approximately six months ago and she asked me to look at a project she needed help with. We met on February *** 2023 and she showed me the problems in her bathroom that really needed to be remodeled. She informed me she couldn’t remodel the bath at that time, but she did want the rotten floor joist repaired or replaced. I told her the carpenter I was currently using could not replace the rotten joist from crawling under the house. I did tell her I would try to contact another framing carpenter I used in the past and see if he would be interested in looking at the job. I was not able to reach him, but left him a message to call me. I never heard from him and I was in the middle of several large projects. I should have contacted her at that time and told her that I would not be able to help her. I never heard anything more from her until I received this review six months later. I do want to apologize to ***** and let her know I am sorry for my lack of follow up and not getting her a price on her project.
