I ordered 2 Bra's on February 2, 2024. Order shipped 2/12/24. Order arrived 2/29/24. The Bra's were not the size ordered nor the Cup size advertised. I contacted the company and they said I had to provide proof that there was a problem with the Bra's. They wanted a picture of the package that was delivered and that it would cost me between $20 to $30 to return the product to *****. I did not order from a ******* company, i ordered from a Company supposedly doing business in **********.Initial Complaint

On January 2, 2023 I ordered 6 bras from vera Charm. I was suppose to receive them by the 12th haven't received them yet! I have emailed them 5+ times no reply! At this point in time I just want my money back. They still owe me ***** as on 1-20-2023 they refunded me *****. I am tired of dealing with them!Initial Complaint

I ordered 2bras from Vera Charm May 3 and they shipped bras that were too small on May 23 I let them know and they said if I paid **** shipping they would fix the error.I sent the **** May 26 and I have not received the items as of July 16Initial Complaint

I bought a bra . Not true to size. I asked for information 3 times. They will not send return address. They responded once for reason. I gave it . That was it. Responded again and told me to download app. They are stealing people money. The garment is so small only a 10 year old child can fit it.Initial Complaint

I ordered their product, used their sizing chart. When I got it, it was 2 sizes too small. Their policy allows return for this reason but we have to cover shipping. I was fine with that. Using their own return process online, they then tell me they don't want to accept the return. According to the seller, they only accept returns for defect and to refer to their policy page. Trying to follow links to their policies doesn't actually lead to the policy page but to their product catalog. At the bottom of the page isn't an option for policies either. I had to go searching for it. They have since updated their page to show "policies".I just want to return this poor fitting product, not be scammed out of my hard earned money!Initial Complaint

The merchant advertisement is not accurate. The merchandise is made with very cheap material and does not fit as advertised. I requested an exchange in order to give the merchant an opportunity to redeem themselves. They refused claiming the 7 day return policy. The time they claimed they delivered the merchandise and the time I actually got the merchandise is different. If they stood behind their product, they would honor the exchange/return at anytime.
