$599.25 paid October 2022 .in full for high school class senior ring.....that was not received during the school year. I have mailed letter explaining thisBusiness response

This customer ordered a class ring and gave us a credit card for the balance due. We mailed the ring to their home address and then the customer disputed the charge.
We did ship the ring to the customer so at this point they have the ring and it is not paid for. We are working with the credit card company now trying to explain to them why the charge is legitimate.

Herff Jones has only delivered part of a nearly $150 regalia order I placed nearly two months ago, and is giving me no answers as far as how or when I will receive the remainder of my order that I need for a graduation ceremony in two days. Wait times on the phone are nearly four hours, and I have not been successful in contacting them.Business response

this complaint pertains to Regalia. We do not provide Regalia for ******* High School.
So an order for regalia does not pertain to my office.
We do provide Graduation Announcements and Cards.
