  Date : 09.08.2022 Paid : $4000 total contract of : $8275 Please find the attached pictures, insurance copy, and work contract.I have gone through a lot of mental stress during the project, and it has failed at the end.There is an architecture issue with the project (retaining wall), hence the retaining wall fell down The lawn grass is all destroyed because the excavator used to take dirt from the lawn to the backyard that was not communicated to me.They took the wooden fence off to get the excavator to the backyard.While taking the dirt from the front entrance, they broke 2 **** pots of plants As of now, both my front yard and backyard are very messy.Based on all the above damages, I am looking at how insurance can help me resolve/redo my project or claim

  It has come to my attention that I received a complaint about a recent retaining wall project that has been completed. In the letter from your organization, the Better Business Bureau, it states to provide an accurate and honest account of the events and the complaint. Mr. ******** and I reached an agreement and signed a contract stating that a retaining wall 60' x 5' will be built in his backyard. However, upon nearing completion of the project, Mr. ******** was not satisfied with the build height and requested another feet and a half to be added. In his statement, he said that he couldn't pay for work he was not satisfied with. Furthermore, he was notified well before the start of construction about the skid steer and its implications on his lawn. We had already got permission from Mr. ******** took down his fence which was already rotting prior to any construction. Even so, we put everything back in order as neatly as possible and went ahead and pressure washed his driveway clean from any fill dirt. After we tried as best we could to clean up afterwards, we both reached an agreement to let the insurance company handle any claim, inquiry, or questions. I understand Mr. ********** concern and will work towards a resolution. If you need any additional information, photos, or documentation let me know. As of right now, me and my staff can provide a middle ground for the settlement. As of right now, we can provide clean up and take back all the blocks and other materials used in the project. In areas where the ground is damaged, we will provide seeding to help the grass regrow and help smooth out the fill dirt. That is our best compromise.
