      The business falsely advertised that they had a product that would fit. Upon receiving the product, I verified that it would not fit properly. Their return policy states that I would be eligible for a refund and they are refusing to refund my money.

      I ordered an item which did not fit as indicated/expected. According to their refund policy, they would refund/replace for 100% satisfaction. I called and explained the inaccurate fit. They said they would send another size but then I would forfit any right to refund/return. They then sent the wrong size again. They should not be allowed to sell in ******* as they have advertisements that are deceiving and incorrect.

      Saw an ad for bras that looked to be high quality with good support and full coverage. Watched the video as well and decided to purchase. What I received were three flimsy, zero support, ill fitting bras that were clearly ***** made products. I had ordered a larger size just in case and they were so small my daughter didnt even fit them. I tried to resolve with the merchant and they refused to give me a refund. They offered a 30% of the $50.94 I paid, classic practices of ***** companies. I have run into situations as this before and they always pull the same tactic. I am tired of paying for poorly made products that they entice consumers with. I want a FULL refund and no offers from them. I want nothing they could possibly offer from their cheap store.

      Bought on June 12, 2022 and received it on the 30th of June. When I received the product I immediately contacted the company. These are bras and sub-standard and don't fit. They will not work with me only to exchange, The largest size this goes up to does not fit me. Basically they say you have just donated ***** to my company. Every time I have correspondence from them it is a first name and no last name. I have a feeling this is just a front and they are in *****.

      I bought a bra online on 5/27/22. I asked a representative for help with the sizing. She recommended a 2XL based on my measurements. I received the bra on 6/12/22. I was out of town that week on business. As soon as I got home, I tried on the bra and it was too big. I contacted customer support right away and let them know that I need to exchange it for 1 size smaller, their response went into my junk mail and they are telling me I would have to buy another one at 40% off. They will not exchange or give me my money back, even though a representative gave me the wrong information.

      Ordered 5/30 Received 6/17 Three of the same item just different colors. Total of charge $61.94 order# ********** I called ************ I was hung up on twice your next in line click line was dead. I got sucked into buying 3 for the best deal but they don't fit. They offered to give me a different size but they don't have a size to support me. (I have an email saying they don't have the size I need) I have several emails back and forth refusing to let me send them back & refund my order. ?? this is directly from the customer service after getting threw on my 3rd call. "Regarding your return request, please be informed that we only allow damaged or faulty items to be returned for a full refund. For other reasons, we offer free one-time exchange for shipping fee: $6.99 In case you don't want to get a free one-time replacement, we would love to give you a 30% direct refund and 20% discount to place a new order to make up for your experience with us, you can keep it as a gift for an upcoming event or resell it."**I'm not going to lie and say it's defective or damaged the items. But I do want to return them and get my money back.

      I purchased 2 bras may 4th 2022. Not size depicted in their sizing chart at all. Very low quality. Miss advertised. They do not have bigger sizes to exchange. They refuse full refund.I called and tried to reason with them. I don't have money to burn on worthless products that don't fit.

      I purchased clothing items from this company (over $100 worth). I did read their return policy before purchasing. The items do not fit and are not of good quality, so I submitted for a return. Everything was within their return policy guidelines. The company first offered me either a 20% refund OR 40% off a purchase of accessories from their site. I find these options to be unacceptable! They then followed up with offering me 40% back, an "unusual" offer for the company in their words. Again, I find this unacceptable. When I posted negative reviews on their social media page, just telling my story and offering a buyer beware, they not only removed the review, but they blocked me. This to me is a poor practice and makes me question the validity of all their reviews - not one negative review on their social media pages or on their website. I just want my money back minus postage to return the items.

      The summary of my concern is LucianaSecret was not willing to accept my return and refund my money after I advised them their bra(s) rolled under my b****** like a rubber band around my body offering no support. I initially ordered bras to take with me to travel overseas-I received them and I was excited until they did not hold up to any of the claims they promised. Since I was going to be out of the country for a while, I decided that maybe I could wear them around the house and on zoom calls.Upon my return, I realize that the bras would not be good for anything even zoom calls. There was no support and nothing I could do would make this right. I was sick for a few days and had some crisis at work. I reached out to the company within about a month of ordering (again I was out of the country, and had other issues).The company informed me they would not be refunding my $59+ (had they not been coming from ***** I could have gotten them earlier and would have been able to deal with it being an inferior product and return it to the company) I emailed them 4 times and they were not willing to rectify this situation. Please help me resolve this issue and I am not sure if they should be reported to authorities. I want a refund as my resolution but, they should not be allowed to advertise in the ****Minimum I would like my $61.94; causing my blood pressure to spike and exacerbating my health concerns I want 7 x $61.94 (and maybe the will think about this before doing this to other customers) $433.68.
