              Royal Culture has taken my items and are holding them for ******. I have tried to communicate with ****, the owner multiple times to make arrangements to get my items myself. He has requested that I not contact him anymore.

              Absolute worst experience ever. I never had any idea that I would be crying and distress over a move. The movers showed up in a Penske truck with no uniforms. The supervisor of the two drivers was very rude and discriminative. After spending 10 hours at my home packing my furniture, there were things left in my yard in my garage that they did not even take. We had to leave them behind and give them to neighbors. After paying over twice as much money as we were told we were going to have to pay, we received our items over a week later and horrible condition. Many of our precious items were damaged or completely destroyed. The delivery drivers unpacked the boxes and our furniture by taking them out of the truck and setting them in a hallway leaving us to carry and move all of our boxes and furniture into our storage locker. Very very horrible experience. Do not use Empire movers, white global transportation or Royal culture transportation. They are all associated and are absolutely horrible and misleading.
